1973 Ironhead Trike
Neil, who lives on the Isle of Purbeck, Dorset, England, made available these pictures of his 1973 Harley Davidson Ironhead Sportster Trike.
Neil has fitted his Harley Ironhead engine with Crane Single-Fire electronic ignition, Andrews high lift cams, gas-flowed heads, shotgun exhausts (no baffles, dragpipes ) and a new Bendix carburator.
Neil first fitted his trike with springer forks. He says they looked dead cool, but weren't really strong enough.
He has gone back to telescopic forks.
