1966 Harley Sportster Front End
"Troublehead" from Georgetown, Pennsylvania, has done a great job restoring this 1966 Ironhead XLCH Sportster. On this page we show you some of his detailed photographs of the front end of this restored Sportster Harley including the drum brake, laced wheel, front fork, front fender, Sportster headlight, Harley speedometer and peanut gas tank that were brought back to the original 1966 condition.
A special feature of this Harley restoration job is that the paint is factory original from headlight to taillight, even the license plate, original, not restored. What you see on the pictures of this Sportster XLCH Ironhead is actually 42 year old paint!
